After 11 years in Linklaters’ Corporate practice, Julien Wagmann joined August Debouzy in September 2013 and was appointed partner in 2015.
Julien has significant experience in advising clients in their LBOs, capital development and venture capital operations, alongside French and foreign investment funds or start-ups.
He has also advised investment banks, industrials, namely in the health or renewable energies sector, or minority investors such as la Caisse des dépôts et consignations where, in 2010, Julien was on secondment for almost a year as legal adviser.
Julien has also developed particular expertise in management package and advises the key managers of small cap or mid cap companies, in all steps of their investment (negotiation of the management package, exit and litigation aspects if any).
