Competition law applies to all economic sectors and companies and influences their day-to-day business activities, partnership projects and external growth operations. Renaud is active in all of these areas.
He has developed in-depth expertise and knowledge in anticompetitive practices litigation and merger control, notably in very technical and strategic matters. He has demonstrated his ability to rapidly gain in-depth and detailed expertise in economic sectors to which his clients belong.
He is convinced that competition law is not just constraining and that companies consider it as a tool to add value to their business, both internally and vis-à-vis their suppliers, customers and/or competitors. In this context, Renaud develops and implements comprehensive learning tools designed to disseminate competition law culture within companies.
Renaud started his career at Jeantet Associés in 2003. Then, he developed his expertise at Latham & Watkins from 2009 to 2011, including with regard to high profile cartels and merger cases. He joined August Debouzy in 2011.
