Audrey Msellati
Associate
Audrey Msellati is a member of the Paris Bar and specializes in white-collar crime, civil and commercial litigation and common criminal law. In this capacity, she assists and represents French and foreign clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings before the criminal, civil and commercial courts.
Before joining August Debouzy's Litigation - Arbitration - White-collar crime team, Audrey acquired professional experience in institutions, French and international law firms, as well as companies. Thanks to this professional experience, she has developed a multidisciplinary advisory and litigation expertise in a variety of areas, mainly in criminal and commercial law, financial law and contract law.
She graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, ESSEC Business School, King's College London, and EM Lyon Business School.
