As a member of the Competition - Consumer - Distribution team since 2021, Paul provides advisory and litigation support to French and foreign clients on competition law issues (merger control, anti-competitive practices, restrictive practices and State aid), before French and European authorities and courts.
He also provides assistance with the preparation of commercial contracts, the management of distribution networks, as well as consumer relations (deceptive commercial practices).
Paul holds a Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law (Corporate Lawyer Diploma - DJCE) and a Certificate of Specialisation in Economic Law. He also completed several internships in law firms and in the legal department of Sephora.
He will become an associate at August Debouzy as from 2022, on the date of his admission to the Paris Bar.
